Wayne Carter is a highly accomplished business professional and entrepreneur from North Bethesda, Maryland. In 2001, Wayne founded DCIS, a technology solutions provider specializing in network infrastructure, security, and cloud computing. Under Wayne's leadership, DCIS grew rapidly and became one of the most successful technology companies in Maryland. Wayne served as President and CEO of DCIS for 17 years before merging with AEG to form AEG/DCIS, LLC in 2009, where he currently serves as President and CEO.
